Design & Build - How It Works...

Generally, Paul Craig will visit a venue to discuss the customer’s ideas, giving a few of his own. This is free of charge.

Value-for-money is key in this market place and having everything under one roof reduces costs and makes the project more efficient for the client.
The process:-

Initial phone conversation and then site visit to discuss requirements. Free of charge.
Design brief, mood boards and a full detailed cost breakdown. Cost is approximately £1000-£2500 depending on the size of the project. This fee is fully refundable if Showtec is given the job. At an additional cost, full architect plans and computer artist impressions can be supplied.
Price and final design confirmed and accepted. Work starts on site using Showtec staff and contractors, on the agreed date.
The customer gets value for money and a great looking new venue.
