Design & Build - How it Works...

Value-for-money is key in this market place and by having everything under one roof reduces costs and makes the project more efficient for the client.

The process:

  • Initial phone conversation and then a site visit to discuss requirements.
  • Design brief, mood boards and a full detailed cost breakdown. THe cost of this is approximately £1,000-£10,000 depending on the size of the project, although this fee is partially refundable if Showtec is awarded the job. If required, full architects plans and artists impressions can be supplied.
  • Price and final design confirmed and accepted.  Work starts on site using Showtec staff and contractors, on the agreed date.
  • The customer gets value for money and a great looking new venue.
