LED Lighting & Effects

LED lighting gives a great effect and has succeeded neon in recent years. With the general lifetime of LED exceeding 40,000 hours, these are without doubt the best colour-washing and mood lighting that we know today. Due to the long life light from LED, these units are perfect for being installed to colour wash bar backs, alcoves and even voids in which changing an expired lamp would cause great difficulty. Led Dance Floor

Avr has developed an led colour-changing dancefloor that is water resistant and load bearing. When used in conjunction with the Avr sealing system, the floor has the ability to withstand impact from bottles / glasses and their contents. The floor can be contract cleaned as the seal system is ip rated.

R/G/B leds are used to colour-mix the floor tiles, control of the R/G/B tiles is achieved using the standard dmx protocol. Avr has various control systems available to generate extensive patterns and effects.

Mood Lighting & Effect Projectors

We offer a wide selection of mood lighting, which is a great way to transform the style and atmosphere of your venue. This is done by programmed lighting systems or general colour changing units, including oil projectors, water effects and other colour generating units to create the perfect atmosphere in your bar or nightclub. Mood lighting is becoming a good alternative to the traditional disco nightclub effect in bars, giving a cutting edge feel and look to a trendy bar.

Outdoor Colour Wash Lighting

A large range of products are currently available for this exciting and relatively new form of effect.

These products can project a wash of colour over any building or structure - ideal if you require your business, nightclub or bar garden, to stand out from the crowd. Imagine a casino turning gold every time a lucky gambler hits the jackpot; arena lighting pulsating when the home team scores; an outdoor concert where the lighting fades in and out to the music. Special Effects Units

We supply and install all effects units, from fog and snow machines, to pyros, lazers and sky scanners. Lasers & Laser Hire

Laser shows vary enormously in scope, from a single colour selected effect, to a complete production with a full spectrum of colours, images and effects.

Showtec are specialist suppliers and consultants of many different types of argon, helium, neon and white lighting lasers, from 5mw - 10w. Installation experience complies with the HSG95 safety standard.

Sky Scanners

A sky scanner's superb visibility means they are ideal for grand openings, product launches, firework displays and a vast range of other events. We offer two types of Skyscanner, which projects bright multi beams of white light into the night sky for your clients to see from a long distance.

Showtec offers various rental and new and second hand sales packages on the ATOM multi beam Sky Scanners.

Units are available in single phase 2500w or Duo phase 4000w.
