Project Elements: Sound
Showtec were proud to have installed the sound system at David Carter’s new restaurant KID. Nestled in the heart of Soho, KID offers a modern Turkish menu in a stylish and moody setting.
Martin Audio speakers were used throughout, all painted in a custom RAL colour to match the decor. Hidden bass bins provide warmth and depth to the CDD5 speakers mounted the ceilings and walls. An Allen & Heath AHM16 processor was fitted to allow control of the system from a mobile phone. Crown CDi amplifiers were utilised to power the system and run custom speaker presets.
Split into 5 zones, the system allows the venue to completely control the sound, ensuring that the music quality matches the dining experience.
