Delivery & Stock Information

Delivery Update 2023:

Our couriers have now settled into the process of importing goods from the main warehouse in Holland and the deliveries are becoming more streamlined. This means we can continue to offer deliveries direct to your door, with no additional paperwork or unexpected charges being dropped on you when you receive your goods!

All import duties and VAT charges are paid in advance by ourselves so the goods can be shipped directly to your door. The additional paperwork and expense related with this has menat that our delivery charges are unfortunately higher than pre-Brexit.

For all orders over £250 delivery is free of charge.

For all orders under £250 delivery is £25.

Delivery of most orders is within 5 working days, although occasionally orders can be delayed during the import process. If your order is time sensitive please contact us first. Larger orders that are shipped by pallet can also take a few additional days for delivery.

Stock Levels:

Due to supply chain issues and high demand for products, we are experiencing longer than usual delays in getting hold of some stock. Most items are available from Europe within 5 days, but this is a guide only. For accurate stock info on any item, please contact us.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email to the address supplied with your order. We will advise on an estimated date for when the item will become available, or offer an alternative product. If we are unable to offer an alternative that you are happy with, we will refund your order.

Deliveries will be made by courier during normal working hours. If there is no one at the address, the courier will attempt delivery the following working day. If there is no one present on the second attempt, a card will be left indicating the item will be held at the courier depot for collection. If no response is heard within one week, the item will be returned to ourselves. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which will be chargeable.

Please ensure that all items are fully checked upon delivery. Any damages must be noted when signing for the item. If you are unable to inspect the item, please sign as 'unchecked'. Any claims for damage in transit must be made in writing to ourselves within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to claim with the courier.
