Brexit Update - Jan 2021:

Due to Brexit, we have unfortunately had to increase our shipping costs and times to cover the added expenses involved.

Previously we were able to ship items direct from the warehouse in Holland to a customers UK address with no paperwork or charges involved for the recipient.

The new legislation for importing goods requires that the VAT content and handling charges are paid by the recipient when items come into the UK. To avoid any issues with paying these charges (and any delays that could result), all items will now be shipped to our UK warehouse. We will then ensure all import charges are paid, so there are no unexpected fees or expenses on your order.

Once cleared into our UK warehouse, your order will be shipped directly to you with FedEx on a next day delivery.

To cover these extra handling costs, delivery charges are now £25 for orders under £250, or free on all orders over £250.

Delivery times are currently estimated to be 10 working days, but this may fluctuate depending on the speed at which customs can handle the items.

There are no extra 'hidden' charges! As we ship from within the UK, the price you pay is final with no extra surprises when the courier arrives!

If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email to the address supplied with your order. We will advise on an estimated date for when the item will become available, or offer an alternative product. If we are unable to offer an alternative that you are happy with, we will refund your order.

Deliveries will be made by courier during normal working hours of 9am to 5pm. If there is no one at the address, the courier will attempt delivery the following working day. If there is no one present on the second attempt, a card will be left indicating the item will be held at the courier depot for collection. If no response is heard within one week, the item will be returned to ourselves. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which will be chargeable.

Please ensure that all items are fully checked upon delivery. Any damages must be noted when signing for the item. If you are unable to inspect the item, please sign as 'unchecked'. Any claims for damage in transit must be made in writing to ourselves within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to claim with the courier.
