Delivery Information

The majority of items are shipped direct from the manufacturers in Europe. Delivery on most items takes 4-5 working days, although some items held in UK stock may be quicker.

Delivery charges are £9 for orders under £100, or free on all orders over £100.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email to the address supplied with your order. We will advise on an estimated date for when the item will become available, or offer an alternative product. If we are unable to offer an alternative that you are happy with, we will refund your order.

Deliveries will be made by courier during normal working hours of 9am to 5pm. If there is no one at the address, the courier will attempt delivery the following working day. If there is no one present on the second attempt, a card will be left indicating the item will be held at the courier depot for collection. If no response is heard within one week, the item will be returned to ourselves. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which will be chargeable.

Please ensure that all items are fully checked upon delivery. Any damages must be noted when signing for the item. If you are unable to inspect the item, please sign as 'unchecked'. Any claims for damage in transit must be made in writing to ourselves within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to claim with the courier.

Christmas & New Years Eve

As manufacturers close over the Christmas period, orders will generally not be despatched during this time. If you require an item specifically by Christmas or New Years Eve, please contact us to check whether this is possible before ordering. Normally, orders placed 4 working days before Christmas eve will be delivered by Christmas eve, and orders placed 2 working days before Christmas eve will be delivered by New Years Eve, but due to the busy festive period this is not guaranteed.
